With the recent launch of our Super Selenium Range of biscuits, believed to be the first of its kind in the world, Millie’s worked very closely with Laucke Flour and other local producers, and with every ingredient sourced locally there is no significant carbon-emitting freight required at any stage of the production.

Millie’s Bakery is built on a passionate commitment to using premium Adelaide Hills and South Australian ingredients for almost 30 years and we believe our local produce is of the highest quality ensuring our range of more than 400 products is not only delicious but better for you too.

Millie’s Bakery is a proud South Australian family owned business that employs 68 people in four locations in Mount Barker, Nairne, Stirling and Dulwich.
